Here's a compilation of our favorite highlights from the concert!
"...during the workshop, talking to western flute players, from young to professor, about the similarities and differences between eastern and western woodwinds, I realized in those moments the active exchange that was happening. When I talked to Sara, who came to our events passionate for an extension of Chinese culture beyond just language (which she spoke very well!) When I added Paula on Instagram, asking her for the best spots in Belgrade. I will remember these moments deeply; thank you to everyone who came to support us and were willing to take a part of our cultures home with you."
- Sophia Peng (President of XChange Youth Foundation for Cultural Exchange)

The XCHANGE WRLDArts Festival consists of two major parts. One is the performance concert. During our free concert, performing arts students of the XChange team will get the chance to showcase their unique and cultural talents on the international stage, pushing the objective of cultural exchange cross-continentally. This year, we'll have arts of North American, European, Chinese, and Roma origin. Also promoting cultural exchange is the workshop aspect of our event. Students will set up individual stands to demonstrate their arts in a more personal and interactive way. The workshops are free and open to the general public. In these workshops our musical performers are able to showcase their instruments up close and even teach attendees how to play a tune, while visual arts students will shine, exhibiting their beautiful, ethnic paintings and portraits.
