Sophia Zhang is a student at St. Paul's School '27. She is a talent full of creativity, execution, and possesses a deep passion for the arts. Sophia has demonstrated remarkable talent in various artistic fields, including painting, design, drama, accordion, and musical theater. Her wide vocal range and singing skills

Sophia has demonstrated remarkable talent in various artistic fields, including painting, design, drama, accordion, and musical theater. Her wide vocal range and singing skills allow her to seamlessly perform any part in the choir and A Cappella. Sophia is committed to exploring the integration of art and technology, and she hopes to connect with peers around the world through XChange and engage in discussions about the development of art and AI technology.

Terry Qi is the music director at Xchange. He is a developing classical singer currently attending Middlesex school, and enjoys rocking and popping with guitar on the side. He demonstrates these skills through a longstanding involvement with the school’s selective chorus, theater program, and talent show, alongside being an

Terry Qi is the music director at Xchange. He is a developing classical singer currently attending Middlesex school, and enjoys rocking and popping with guitar on the side. He demonstrates these skills through a longstanding involvement with the school’s selective chorus, theater program, and talent show, alongside being an active member of the New Moon Chorus. Recently, he has also been engaging with Chinese traditional instruments such as the Sanxian and Guqin.

Sophia Peng has immersed herself with her passion for the arts since her earliest years. Not only has she mastered various traditional Chinese instruments like the Hulusi, Bawu, Dizi Bamboo Flute, and Xiao, Sophia is an award-winning young classical singer, sharing a stage with artists like Andris Nelsons, Yoyo Ma, and Renee Fleming. Her early theater performances in Serbia sparked the inspiration for XChange. Aside from the arts, Sophia is deeply interested in international studies, and hopes to utilize XChange as a way to encourage learning about other cultures and bridge cross-national gaps.

Jerry Yang has shown a passion for art since childhood. He has participated in many performances and programs on CCTV since the first grade. At the age of eight, he was exposed to the Chinese Clapper talk  and embarked on the path of learning it. Jerry Yang has shown a passion for art since childhood. He has participated in many performances and programs on CCTV since the first grade. At the age of eight, he was exposed to the Chinese Clapper talk  and embarked on the path of learning it. In 2019, he went to the United Nations Headquarters in New York for a cultural exchange performance between China and the United States and took photos with the President of the European Union and others. He once did a public welfare project about protecting rare animals and the environment. At that time, he developed a passion for public welfare projects and wanted to promote them through Clapper talk, so that people could have a deeper understanding of public welfare projects while experiencing traditional Chinese culture. When he came into contact with "Xchange", he found that there was a good space for development here. It is a place full of artistic atmosphere. He likes it here and will continue to realize his dreams here.

Emma Shi, 13 years old, is a skilled and versatile performer on the Guzheng, piano, and flute, actively involved in multiple ensembles and dedicated to sharing her musical knowledge by teaching younger students. In both 2023 and 2024, Emma was recognized with the Best Stage Performance Award at the Boston International Music Competition.
